The most common issue for custom TPE parts is insufficient draft angle, as TPE material has high elastic recovery after ejection, so the minimum required draft angle for textured TPE surfaces is 3 degrees, not the 1 degree that you usually use for hard ABS parts. If your current drawing only has 1.5 degrees of draft, the part will stretch and deform during ejection, creating permanent warpage that is hard to correct during post processing. You should also adjust non functional thick wall sections over 4mm to hollow out or add supporting ribs, to eliminate sink marks on the visible grip surface that will require extra manual polishing work and increase part cost without adding any functional value.",
